YEREVAN. – In 2015 Armenia will start fighting against the companies that are registering potentially profitable brands for resale, chairman of Armenia's State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan said in the parliament.

While presenting Commission's action plan for 2015, Shaboyan said such behavior is described as an unfair economic competition that should be punished. Therefore, Commission plans to introduce the necessary changes in legislation in 2015.

“The mentioned individuals hamper economic activity of the future entrepreneurs who could register these brands and could actually use them,” he said.
