YEREVAN. – Armenia’s border with Azerbaijan was relatively quiet at night.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the Press Secretary of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, told the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He noted that even though shots were fired, they were not a lot, and the situation relatively calm.

Hovhannisyan added, however, that shots were fired on the Armenian villages, too.

To note, the Azerbaijani side had opened fire in the direction of Paravakar border village in Armenia’s Tavush Province on Thursday. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
