YEREVAN. – Representatives from the Civil Service Council (CSC) of Armenia and the World Bank on Monday summed up the work that has been done towards designing new mechanisms to raise the motivation of Armenia’s civil servants, and the level of their work output.

The interlocutors discussed the basic principles of, or ideas about, the civil servants’ performance evaluation system, which will be designed in conjunction with the Government of Armenia, the CSC press department informed.

The parties also underscored the need to be guided by respective pilot projects in order to ensure the success of this process and to implement it in a smooth fashion.
