YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate and national roads are open for traffic as of Tuesday at 9:30am, reported the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
But there is black ice on some parts of the Martuni city section of the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass, and dense fog on the Goris city roads.
In addition, there is snowfall around the towns of Artik, Vardenis, and Vayk.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
