YEREVAN. – Our position, with respect to shifting to a parliamentary system of governance, remains unchanged.
The chairperson of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party, Naira Zohrabyan, told the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Zohrabyan stressed that in present-day Armenia, which has internal and external stability risks, a Nagorno-Karabakh issue and a non-established political party system, it will be very risky to give the country’s parliament a primary decision-making mandate.
