President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan will make an official visit to Russia by the end of this year, Turkish ambassador in Moscow said.

The president is expected to visit Russia after the elections. “After the government is formed, the head of state is expected to visit Russia,” Umit Yardim said.

The diplomat added that speaker of Russia's State Duma Sergey Naryshkin is expected to visit Turkey this year, TASS reported.
