An evening event of Armenian and Russian humanities and public figures, and devoted to the Armenian Genocide Centennial, was held in the Russian capital city of Moscow.

The venue of the function was the Serebryany Vek (Silver Age) State Literature Museum, which is also called the Valery Bryusov House, named after the famous Russian poet, prose writer, dramatist, translator, critic, and historian.

The speakers at the event talked about Bryusov’s creations, and his ties with Armenia and Armenian poets.

In addition, works by Western Armenian poets, and which are in the collection Bryusov had compiled, were recited at the evening event.

There was also a concert, where the piano sonatas by renowned Armenian composers Arno Babajanian and David Mnatsakanyan were performed.
