YEREVAN. – Armenia will allocate a $20 million-loan to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh).
The Government of Armenia made this decision at Thursday’s Cabinet session.
To note, however, in the case when Armenia used to provide soft loans to the NKR, now the terms of the loan are nearly same as the market terms.
