On Wednesday morning, opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairperson Naira Zohrabyan, who is also a member of the Armenian National Assembly (NA) delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), entered, in Strasbourg, France, the office of Turkey’s delegation to the PACE.

In the office, Zohrabyan formally handed to the Turkish delegation souvenirs symbolizing the Armenian Genocide.

PACE Armenian delegation member, PAP MP Vahan Babayan wrote about the aforesaid in his Facebook account.

Babayan added that the secretary of the Turkish delegation had taken these memorabilia.

In addition, Naira Zohrabyan and Arpine Hovhannisyan, who is a ruling Republican Party of Armenia MP and member of the Armenian NA delegation to the PACE, left souvenirs with forget-me-nots—which symbolize the Armenian Genocide Centennial—in the office of the Azerbaijan delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
