The airplane of the Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik returned to Banja Luka from Bulgaria after failing to get permission to cross air space of Turkey for traveling to Armenia, nezavisne.com reported.

The plane got permission beforehand, but had to wait in Bulgaria for a permission of the relevant organization that was not provided.

Milorad Dodik was heading to Yerevan to participate in the events marking the Armenian Genocide Centennial at the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
