STEPANAKERT. – The President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Wednesday attended the Zhengyal Bread Festival, which is held in Tsaghkashat village of the NKR’s Askeran Region.

Sahakyan expressed the hope that this event will become traditional, and it will be significant from the viewpoint of maintaining and disseminating national customs and promoting tourism, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

Artsakh National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghulyan, Deputy Prime Minister Artur Aghabekyan, several other officials, and guests from Armenia and abroad also participated in the Zhengyal Bread Festival.
