US Armenian Davit Mnatsakanyan, founder and director of the United Armenia and the Global Education and Research Alliance (GERA) companies ended his hunger strike on Friday, as planned, Davit Manstakanyan himself told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.
Mnatsakanyan said he feels certain physical weakness, but there’s nothing dangerous about it.
By his hunger strike action Davit Mnatsakanyan was requiring the US President Barack Obama to keep his promise and acknowledge the Armenian Genocide. He had been standing in front of the White House since April 24, holding in his hand a banner with Armenian flag and the inscription ‘Obama keep your promise and recognize Armenian Genocide.’
