YEREVAN. - The delegation lead by Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC) President Tigran Mukuchyan has headed to the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Upon the invitation of Karabakh CEC, Armenia’s CEC will conduct a monitoring of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Karabakh, Armenia’s CEC press-service reports.

The elections will take place this Sunday.
