STEPANAKERT. - Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan received a group of observers from Israel, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Mexico, Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, Zimbabwe, South Ossetia and Armenia, who arrived in capital city Stepanakert with the view of watching the parliamentary elections to be held tomorrow.

During the meetings a number of questions related to the development of democratic institutions and civil society, as well as regional processes in Artsakh were discussed.

President Shakayan called the elections an important constituent of democracy, noting that holding free and transparent elections is one of the most significant achievements of the country.

Bako Sahakyan said that he’s interested in deepening of their relations with the civilized world, noting the importance in the given process of exchange of experience in different areas of state building.
