STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army managed to prevent Azerbaijan's attempt to hamper parliamentary elections in Karabakh, NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan told reporters on Monday.
At the moment the situation on the border is calm, he added.
“We had information that the adversary is planning to hamper parliamentary elections. The Defense Army made appropriate measures to prevent any incursions, and fortunately we succeeded,” he said.
