YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament has ratified an agreement on building a new bridge of friendship on the border with Georgia.
The agreement was signed last December, and the Georgian side agreed to fund around half of the amount estimated at 10 million euro. The preliminary ratio of Armenia and Georgia funding is 40/60,. The Armenian part of funding will be provided at the expense of the loan from the European Bank of Construction and Development (EBRD).
