YEREVAN. – Armenia's Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan had a phone conversation with his Georgian counterpart Irakly Garibashvili on Monday, spokesperson for PM Gohar Poghosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
During the conversation, they touched upon the meeting of Armenian Speaker Galust Sahakyan with chairman of South Ossetia parliament Anatoly Bibilov. Armenian PM noted that it was a private meeting and no political approaches were discussed.
Armenian PM reiterated Armenia's political stance and the goal to develop friendly relations with Georgia.
