YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily has learned that Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC Executive Director Yevgeny Bibin has traveled to Moscow earlier this week, the daily reported.
“In Moscow, when [the Republic of Armenia (RA) President] Serzh Sargsyan [likewise] will arrive there, it is expected to be determined, once and for all, by how much will the price of electricity being supplied to consumers [of Armenia] rise, after all.
“Zhoghovurd has learned that during Serzh Sargsyan’s Moscow visit, which is scheduled for May 8-9, all matters with regard to the future of the ENA will be clarified at long last.
“Accordingly, the petition for increasing the price of electricity will be submitted to the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission either on Friday, May 8, or at the beginning of next week,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
