The main topic of the upcoming Eurasian Economic Union summit is problems over Kyrgyzstan's membership to the Union, Russian president's aide Yrui Ushakov told reporters.

There are practical difficulties on the way to Kyrgyzstan's accession, and the issues will be definitely discussed during the meeting, Usahkov said.

The meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council will take place on May 8, 2015 and will be the first meeting in a full format since the Union started its work on January 1, TASS reported.

Two protocols supplementing Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Union will be signed during the summit.
