YEREVAN. – Armenia's Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan on Wednesday visited the Armenian nuclear power plant.
Prime Minister was briefed on the work of the nuclear plant, works to extend operations, moves aimed at increasing the safety as well as future projects.
In 2017 NPP will suspend its operations to carry out work aimed at extending the term of operations till 2027.
The Prime Minister also visited the Yerevan combined cycle thermal power plant.
