YEREVAN. – The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs have always made ambiguous statements on elections in Karabakh, but this time the response was different, head of Against Legal Arbitrariness NGO Larisa Alaverdyan said.
She is confident that speaking about illegitimate elections in Karabakh is nonsense. However, due the negotiation process over Karabakh has not registered any movement, Alaverdyan said.
“The meetings do not have even movement trend. For Azerbaijan the period from February to half of May is a period to intensify provocations,” she noted.
Larisa Alaverdyan added that Azerbaijan's degradation has a negative affect on the region, since degree of aggression of Azerbaijani people is increasing.
