YEREVAN. – Ceramic tableware will be manufactured in Armenia.

The government, during its Cabinet session on Thursday, approved the decision on deferring the value-added tax (VAT) payment for the Royal Stoneware Ltd. imports to be made within the framework of the respective investment program.

The investment program of the company will total 1.9 billion drams (approx. $3,974,990).

Royal Stoneware plans to start production this year and export most of its products.

The investment program will create about eighty new jobs with a monthly salary of 180,000 drams (approx. $377), which should makeup 220,000 drams (approx. $460) in 2018.
