President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is inviting Chinese investors to take advantage of the Eurasian Economic Union, Belta reported.

By opening production in Belarus, Chinese business can use free access to the market of the Eurasian Economic Union, Lukashenko said during the Belarus-Chinese business forum that opened in Minsk on Monday.

 “I would like to assure you that we will do our best for you not to be sorry for coming to our country. We will do the utmost for you to be able to advance your interests in Europe in the best way possible,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

 For his part Chinese President Xi Jinping said that Belarus has unique advantages for the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt, adding that the country is located in the center of Europe and on the new Silk Road.
