YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 480.49 $1 in Armenia on Monday, 0.49 point fall as compared to the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 536.37 (down by AMD 4.25), that of one British pound was AMD 742.26 (up by AMD0.37), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 9.39 (down by AMD 0.04), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 251.96, AMD 18,321.46 , and AMD 17, 610.85, respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX stock exchange on Monday.
