The Armenian detachment that is a part of CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Force have been sent to the operational deployment area.

The Armenian detachment with necessary equipment and weapons on board will head to the site by the airplae of the Armenian Armed Forces.

In the context of a surprise inspection of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces were brought into a high level of combat readiness. By decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council, the forces will be rearranged to meet the goal, and then sent to one of the regions of the CSTO.

The CSTO comprises six states: Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
