YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a call on Sunday at 8:58pm.

Accordingly, a public transport passenger van had turned over in Gyumri city of the Shirak Province, there were affected, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that the public transport passenger minibus had turned over on a street. As a result, driver S. Kh., 39, and passenger S. T., 20, had sustained injuries.

Prior to the fire and rescue squad’s arrival at the scene, however, the injured were transferred, by local efforts, to the Gyumri city medical center.  

Doctors say the patients are in satisfactory condition.
