YEREVAN. – The government in fact has achieved major success, Government Chief of Staff-Minister Davit Harutyunyan told reporters on Tuesday.

“Every government has achievements and shortcomings. In fact, we have been successesful, we also had disadvantages. I do not want to speak about the shortcomings and errors, we are tryying to tackle the problems. As for achievements, I do not want to talk about them as chief of staff of the government,” Harutyunyan said, advising that reporters studied the annual reports of Ministers and drew conclusions.
