YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 478.54 $1 in Armenia on Friday, a 0.79 point fall as compared to previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 525.82 (up by AMD 3.30), that of one British pound was AMD 731.78 (down by AMD 5.96), the rate of one Russian ruble comprising AMD 9.11 (down by AMD 0.22), according to the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 256.63, AMD 18,231.72, and AMD 17,154.74 , respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday.
