YEREVAN. - The exhibition of the world-famous French-Armenian painter Jansem (Hovhannes Semerdjian) will take place at Mashtots Branch of Arame Art Gallery in capital Yerevan on June 5-25.

The exhibition will include 45 works, among them 12 oil-paintings, 13 art-drawings and 20 lithographic printings.

The preparation for that exhibition is the result of continuous work, Arame Art Gallery director Aram Sargsyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am. The exhibition acquired one part of the exhibited works from Jansem family, while other parts were obtained at different European auctions. Still other works were borrowed from private collections specifically for the exhibition.
