Protesters demanded release of all political prisoners, stabilization of economy and investigation into non-hostile deaths in the army during a demonstration in Baku.
Several hundreds participated in the rally staged by the National Council of Democratic Forces.
“Soldiers are killed in the army, and these deaths remain uninvestigated,” he said.
Leader of National Council Jamil Hasanli said the opposition rallies will be more frequent.
