YEREVAN. – Head of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) National Assembly Faction, Levon Zurabyan, on Wednesday met, in Strasbourg, France, with the German delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

The German parliamentary delegation was led by the head of delegation Axel Fischer, who is also the PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteur for Armenia.

Zurabyan presented the current events in Armenia, the ongoing fight against the increase in electricity prices in the country, and the violations against demonstrators, journalists, and ordinary citizens.

In addition, Armenia’s overall democracy and human rights picture was presented, informed the ANC.
