The funeral service for the late Catholicos Patriarch of Cilicia of Armenian Catholics, Nerses Bedros XIX Tarmouni, will take place on June 30 in Beirut, Lebanon.

The Catholicos’ body will be laid to rest at the tomb of the patriarchs of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate of Cilicia.

A requiem mass will be offered on Sunday, whereupon the faithful will be able to give their last farewell to the patriarch.

Catholicos Patriarch Nerses Bedros XIX Tarmouni had died of a heart attack Thursday morning in Beirut; he was 75 years old.
