Responding to the question whether the police are going to disperse the people, Gasparyan said: “Why do you think so? Police do not disperse people. Police restore public order. Today is a high day. At last we have a decision.”

To the question on how he could explain the accumulation of special machines in that case, Gasparyan joked: “I’m an interesting man – I play with equipment.”
