STEPANAKERT. – In connection with the Day of Perished for Motherland and Missing in Action, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday visited the capital city Stepanakert Memorial and laid a wreath to the monument of the freedom fighters that are missing in action.

Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan—who is Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church—, NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, and several other officials also attended the event.
