YEREVAN. – Armenia has so far exported 34,817 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables in the current year, against the 24,963 tons in the same period last year.

As of Monday, June 29, 2015, the country has exported 9,656 tons of apricots, as compared to the 1,791 tons throughout the entire year in 2014, reported the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Armenian apricots were primarily exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Uzbekistan, the UAE, Norway, Austria, and Switzerland.
