Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan haven’t discussed energy prices in Armenia, since this is an interstate issue. The discussion related to bilateral relations, Russian President’s Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“No. Energy price is an interstate issue, which certainly can’t be discussed with the Russian Federation,” Peskov told RIA Novosti.

“Mainly bilateral relations were discussed,” Peskov said.

Putin talked on phone with his Armenian colleague and congratulated his birthday.

The leaders also exchanged opinions on the development of integration processes in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), Kremlin Press Service reports.
