YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament has ratified a loan agreement with Russia with 98 votes “for” and one against.
Zaruhi Postanjyan was the only member of the parliament to vote against the loan.
A preferential loan of $200 million with a grace period of three years will be extended for the purchase of new Russia-produced weaponry.
