The website of the NKR Parliament will be available in a month. It will enable the Karabakh people to discuss draft laws and express opinions, NKR Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulyan told a press conference following the meeting with BarCampArtsakh 2010 participants. According to him, the NKR citizens will have an opportunity to ask questions and send letters via website.  

Speaking of development of information technologies in Karabakh, Ghulyan stressed that the issue is important from the viewpoint of right presentation of the republic abroad.
