YEREVAN. - Trial on the murder of Avetisyan family in Armenia’s Gyumri city may start in late August or early September, Yerem Sargsyan, the attorney of the victims’ successor told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
Sargsyan categorically dismissed the assumptions disseminated through media that the hearing may take place on August 10.
Valery Permyakov, a serviceman of the 102nd Russian Military Base in Gyumri, shot 6 members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri on January 12. The Russian soldier has accepted the charges and stands accused in this crime.
