The Armenian Museum of America in the city of Watertown, Massachusetts, will host a program and book release by noted Canadian-Armenian photographer Hrair Hawk Khatcherian, The Armenian Weekly reports.
His latest work titled, “100: 1915-2015”, includes over 1,000 photographs and is a visual record of the rich Armenian cultural heritage that has survived and flourished.
The book reflects the rise and fall of Armenian kingdoms, life of Armenian communities and the current status of Armenians today.
Hawk is the author of 12 other books on art and photography. His latest book, the culmination of more than 40 years of labor, is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
