YEREVAN. – Leader of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Michael Link.

During the meeting, ANC leader touched upon elections, considering rigged elections as the main obstacle to Armenia’s development.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan spoke about mechanisms of electoral fraud by the authorities, noting that international community does not always give a proper assessment of rigged elections.

They also discussed constitutional reforms. According to ANC leader, the draft concept contains anti-national provisions with the trend of strengthening dictatorship.

The meeting was attended by ANC representatives Levon Zurabyan, Avetis Avagyan, Vahagn Khachatryan and Vladimir Karapetyan.
