President of Syria Bashar al-Assad on Saturday issued legislative decree no. 32 for 2015 granting amnesty on the full penalty for those who have deserted both inside the country and abroad, as well as on the crimes included in the Military Service Law committed before July 25th, 2015.

The decree will come into force on July 25, Syrian state news agency SANA reports.
