STEPANAKERT. – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Armine Aleksanyan, on Tuesday received Head of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in the NKR, Thomas Hallier, and ICRC regional delegates Maria Mikelide and Zurab Burduli.
Several matters of mutual interest were discussed at the meeting.
The parties also conferred on the challenge of finding out the fate of missing persons. It was stressed that this matter is purely humanitarian, and any attempts to use it for political manipulations should be ruled out.
