YEREVAN. – Armenian police informed about details of the murder of Mkhitaryan couple in Yerevan.
Three cartridges of 9 mm gun have been found at the site. Police said the murder was committed by 44-year-old Tigran M.
The suspect was discovered near the stairs late in the evening and attempted to commit suicide by shooting himself in the head. He was hospitalized.
As reported earlier, a report was received on Wednesday at 6:48pm. Accordingly, an unidentified man had fired gunshots—at the courtyard of a Yerevan building—at married couple Hovhannes, 53, and Lusine, 44, Mkhitaryan, who had died on the spot. They were killed outside the garage where they lived.
