YEREVAN. – Azerbaijani president has no time either for a war, nor for talks, former head of the National Security Service of Armenia, analyst Davit Shahnazaryan said during a seminar on Karabakh settlement.
“Russia is trying to undermine situation at the line of contact with the hands of Azerbaijan. Aliyev has no time either for a war, or for substantive talks,” Shahnazaryan said.
The analyst believes it is possible to settle the Karabakh conflict through talks.
