The Moscow police detained British journalist Graham Phillips, and Russian activist Maria Katasonova.

Phillips was detained while shooting a video report on Russian opposition politician and former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov, who was shot dead on February 27 in Downtown Moscow.

“Supporters of Boris Nemtsov called the police as i filmed reportage there [i.e. the Nemtsov murder scene] today,” the British journalist tweeted, reported Kommersant newspaper of Russia. “Have been detained by Moscow police as result.”

The detainees were taken to a police station

One hour later, however, the British journalist posted another tweet informing that they were released.

“Russian police were highly professional,” Graham Phillips tweeted, in particular.
