YEREVAN. – The final assessment of the Venice Commission on Armenia's constitutional reform will be published in late October, member of the Commission Christoph Grabenwarter told reporters on Tuesday.
The final text is still under discussion, he said, adding that the final assessment will be given in mid September and will be adopted during the plenary session of the Commission approximately on October 26-28.
Asked whether the reforms will contribute to democracy development in Armenia, Mr. Grabenwarter said the lawyers do not have calculators to count “how much the reforms will contribute to the development of democracy”.
