Now, Nagorno-Karabakh has become a second home for me.Well-known Russian businessman German Sterligov, who has moved to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) with his wife and children, wrote the aforesaid on his VKontakte social network account.

“Don’t believe those who say that I will leave Karabakh. Now, Nagorno-Karabakh has become a second home for me. I had a farm in the Moscow suburb, but now I have two—in Karabakh, too. My flour mill and tonir [i.e., Armenian for tandoor, the cylindrical oven in which the Lavash bread is baked] are already operating here. We bake bread every day, and as of today, we start selling bread in Shushi [town]. So, I will not leave Karabakh. I will live with two economies—Russian and Karabakh,” specifically wrote Sterligov.

He added that aside from his flour mill and bakery, a fashion home for his wife Alyona Sterligova may be built in Shushi.

“So, I don’t want to leave Karabakh. I like everything here. I especially like the ordinary and honest Armenian people, from whom my family has seen nothing but goodness and kindness,” added German Sterligov.
