When 18, Norwegian Christian Lindgren left school and began travelling the world in pursuit of adventures and for love of his hobby, photography.

Now aged 27, Lindgren has already travelled to 97 countries, including Armenia, taking interesting photos, The Daily Mail writes.

'Travelling has been in my blood since I was young. Both my grandparents and parents travelled a lot in their young days and I have been growing up with different artifacts from around the world in my house since I was young.' Christian said.

The brave young man used his savings to buy his first plane ticket and started his nine-year travels.

Whatever place Christian visited - from rainforests in Africa to scaling mountains in Pakistan - he has never looked back, but it hasn't always been plain sailing.

The traveler has not only enjoyed the wealth of different cultures, but has also done a range of unusual jobs to fund his travels.

His taught, did farm laboring, hostel work and even spent time in a dive centre.

In Armenia, Christian visited Khor Virap, an Armenian monastery located in the Ararat plain. There he took an awesome photo of the monastery with the vast Mount Ararat looming behind.
