The war in Nagorno-Karabakh most likely will not break out, but incidents of varying degrees of intensity cannot be avoided, Russian political analyst Arkady Dubnov believes.
The situation will change for the better with the increase in active actions of Iran, Dubnov said during a media conference organized by Region research center.
"The situation is, I think, will change for the better by increasing the activity of Iran in the region after the final lifting of the sanctions,” he added
